Carousel, London residency

I'm thrilled to be returning for a fifth residency to Carousel in London. I'll be cooking for a week in this wonderful London guest-chef institution, with dishes such as my ‘Amritsari Masala Marinated Mackerel with Tamarind Chutney’, ‘Spicy Crab with Nigella Seed Flatbread’ and ‘Laal Mass Wild Boar Curry’.
