Seed Store Restaurant launch
I'm so happy to have been invited to launch the 2024 Seed Store Restaurant season at the beautiful Glen Dye estate. I'll be cooking up a storm for the first three nights of the restaurant's season with a special three-course menu comprising my samosa chaat, shuka gosht (venison in onions, ginger, garlic, chillies, spices and tamarind), and mango tart.
